Round 20, Bargaining Dispatch XV: Employer Completes Ratification

On Monday, May 25, 2026, the employer completed its ratification of the 2025-29 Collective Agreement, with BCIT's Board of Governors and the Post-Secondary Employers' Association approving the contract. Our membership ratified the agreement earlier in the month by a vote of 94.8% in favour. Terms of the new Collective Agreement are now official, with new benefits coverages available July 1, 2026.
