VOTE HERE beginning after 5pm on May 6, 2026, on whether to ratify the 2025-2029 tentative agreement before the membership. Eligible members (those with a contract during the ratification period) should have received an email from Simply Voting just before 5pm on May 6 containing their voting credentials and instructions. Voting closes at 9pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

After seven months of negotiations, your FSA bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with BCIT on April 28, 2026.
The four-year agreement includes gains on key issues identified by the membership as priorities in the bargaining survey, including a 3% wage increase each year and improved extended health benefits. Full details are available in the Member Portal area of our website, in the 2026 Tentative Agreement Documents folder.
We will be holding an online Bargaining Town Hall to discuss the details of the settlement and answer your questions on Wednesday, May 6 at 4:30pm. The Meeting will be recorded and posted in the Tentative Agreement Documents folder for those unable to attend.
