The FSA's Collective Agreement Committee (CAC) has established several working groups to research the best collective-agreement language within the province and sector. These working groups are organized by the following contract themes:

Research
The findings from these working groups will help shape the contract proposal we present to the employer by recommending the strongest possible language for our Bargaining Team.
