COPTS Fair Employment Week Pub Night

After a pandemic hiatus, the FSA is bringing back its Fair Employment Week (FEW) pub night, open to contract academic staff across the region.* FEW events for contract academic staff are organized by the Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT) and member unions like the FSA. This FSA organized event will take place a short distance from BCIT’s Downtown Campus at Steamworks Pub, 4:30-7:30pm, on October 17, 2023. If you’re a PTS member interested in swapping stories, celebrating, and strategizing, please RSVP to Member Engagement Officer Matt Greaves.
*Due to space constraints at this multi-union event, we ask that attendance be limited to our members working in PTS and COPTS members.
