The FSA holds annual elections to fill our Board of Directors’ seats. Positions are elected on a biennial basis, with the President and Vice-President elected (or acclaimed, if only one participant runs for each seat) in even-numbered years and the Treasurer, Directors-at-Large and Directors (Associate Members) elected in odd years. Below you’ll find an outline of process, including important dates. The official nomination form will be available for download and submission when the nomination period opens.

- One (1) President (2024-26 term)
- One (1) Vice President (2024-26 term)

- Formal Call for Nominations (March 15, 2024)

- Deadline: Candidate Statement Submissions (April 3, 2024, noon)
- Candidate Statements Posted to Website (April 8, 2024, noon)
- Notice to Membership of Candidates Seeking Positions (April 8, 2024, noon)
- All-Candidates Forum (April 10, 2024)
- All-Candidates Orientation – This is only for candidates. Date will be communicated directly.
- Electronic Voting Begins (April 10, 2024, noon)
- Electronic Voting Ends (April 22, noon)
- Election Results Announced (April 24, noon)
