Province Ratifies FSA-BCIT Collective Agreement

FSA members officially have a new Collective Agreement!
On July 7, FSA membership ratified a new 2022-25 Collective Agreement with the employer. This was followed by ratification by BCIT’s Board of Governor’s earlier this month. Yesterday, the FSA received word that the final organization needed to approve the contract has done so. The province’s Post-Secondary Employers’ Association agreed to the terms, fully ratifying the new agreement on July 13, 2023. The employer will update members with implementation details as they become available.
