New Collective Agreement Ratified
Message from your Chief Negotiator
Following our mid-June announcement that a tentative bargaining agreement had been reached with the employer, we are pleased to say that—through an online vote running June 28 to July 7—the FSA membership has ratified the proposed settlement.
The ratification brings this round of bargaining, our 19th with the employer, to a close.
What Now?
- The new 2022-25 Collective Agreement comes into effect following ratification by BCIT’s Board of Governors and the province
- Settlement details have been posted to the FSA website
